Why did your agency decide to do Fixflo bespoke training?

"I was quite new to the role (when we received Fixflo training) so was being trained in-house by staff that were already using the system – this does mean that you are limited by their level of knowledge and I have come to realise that we were not using the system to its full potential.

How do you find using Fixflo dashboards?

"Our trainer Jess was beyond excited about the Fixflo dashboard. And I thought, okay, fair enough, but I am now too. I've become her! I am just as excited about the dashboard. It's absolutely fabulous.

I’m mostly in charge of reactive issues, although I can personalise the dashboard to look at both reactive issues and planned maintenance which is a really useful feature.

Dashboards are like having a menu, with just the food that you like. There's no point in having a computer screen that's full of things that don't make any sense. You can personalise them to make sense to you, so there's no bits that you don't need. I can go in and look at my reactive issues and my numbers. And I'm keeping an eye on everything in the same place, and then, as I progress, if I need to add more panels, I can."

What was the best part about the training?

"We were able, as a group, to ask questions about Fixflo. It was really useful when Jess was bringing things up that we didn't even know you could do. Someone had been downloading reports which had hundreds and hundreds of things on there because they didn't realise they could just filter by area! We learnt a lot. You can bounce ideas off each other, and of course, Jess was just there for instant information. You get instant feedback. She's answering your questions there and then, and she is the font of all knowledge."
