How to allow-list Fixflo emails (for techs)

Email deliverability

Email undertakes an important role in Fixflo. If you have any doubts that emails are not being received you should consider allow-listing email from the Fixflo application.

To support allow-listing of emails from the Fixflo application:

  • Application emails are sent from either of the following domains o1.email.fixflo.com OR o2.email.fixflo.com. These domain names are for exclusive use of Fixflo application emails. No other emails are sent from these domains.
  • o1.email.fixflo.com uses a dedicated IP address of 167.89.5.209. It is not anticipated that this address will change. If your mail server does not support allow-listing by name it is recommended you use this IP address.
  • o2.email.fixflo.com uses a dedicated IP address of 198.2.135.118. It is not anticipated that this address will change. If your mail server does not support allow-listing by name it is recommended you use this IP address.
  • All emails have a sender name Fixflo
  • All emails have a sender email address of no-reply@fixflo.com

Note: The above information applies specifically for email sent from the Fixflo application. (It does not apply to business or marketing emails).

For the purposes of disclosure and transparency….

  • Marketing emails are sent from o2.nl.fixflo.com. This domain name is for exclusive use of Fixflo marketing messages.
  • The IP address of o2.nl.fixflo.com is 198.37.154.249. It is not anticipated that this address will change. If your mail server does not support allow-listing by name it is recommended you use this.
  • The sender name and email address will vary based on the email content but all always be set from an @fixflo.com address.
  • Business emails are sent using Google apps, IP addresses vary
