Said to be the biggest improvements to building safety laws in nearly 40 years, the proposed Building Safety Bill will mainly apply to England, but some changes will also apply to Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Along with the Fire Safety Bill and ongoing government consultation, the draft Bill will greatly impact building safety laws and bring about far-reaching changes to block managers, leaseholders and residents.
ARMA, IRPM and Tetra Consulting co-presented this important webinar hosted by Fixflo to provide an overview of the new building safety laws and offer pragmatic advice for block managers looking to prepare themselves with the knowledge and competencies required for the implementation of the new regulations. The panel also discussed underlying risks for successful implementation and ways to mitigate any such risk.
