John Paul is the founder and CEO of the Castledene Group, a ten-branch agency based in the North East of England. Castledene manages over 2000 properties with 55 staff and have grown quickly in only 11 years of being in business. They also sell over 450 properties per year.
John is a well-known industry consultant and mentor and is also on the board of Directors for ARLA. His practical business advice on how to build a business and not have a job is how he has built his business so he doesn’t get involved in the day to day running of it what so ever.
He is also an author and has written two best-selling industry books called, “The Agency Roadmap” and “From stress to success”.
David specialises in residential property rights and agency and has experience of a wide range of property litigation. He is particularly well known for his work in:

- Consumer protection and rights;
